MATT RICHEY
Matt began dancing at the tender age of eleven (and a half) with the pressure of his sisters riding on his back. They tried and tried to get him into a dance class of any kind. Eventually it took a dare, two cute girls and his best friend to sign up for his first Beginning Lindy Hop class. Since then he has performed on cruise ships, Disneyland and in Mexico. Matt is a place holder in several competitions around California as well as a familiar face at Lindy events around the country, now moving into Balboa (everyone should know how). Matt has a passion for all Jazz music and loves to share his passion by DJ-ing at swing dances and events whenever he gets the chance. Matt loves to teach others to dance, about as much as he loves to dance himself! Being obsessed with the golden era and all it has to offer, Matt wants to wish you all Happy Swingouts!
