TODD YANNACONE

Todd started swing dancing when his mom forced him to attend the new year's dance camp "Hop the Millennium", and ever since then he has been hooked. He began taking lessons in his hometown of San Francisco, and discovered his love of lindy hop, which has played a major part in his life ever since.

A year or so after his introduction to lindy, Todd competed at his first major regional event, Jitterbug Jam, and won first in the open division Jack and Jill. Ever since, he has made his presence known on the local, regional, and national competition circuit.

Todd is now a champion level dancer with numerous awards and accolades from the most prestigious competitions and events out there. Some of his more distinguished achievements range from being a National Jitterbug Champion, American Lindy Hop Champion, Ultimate Lindy Hop Showdown Champion, and Rhythmic Arts Festival Champion, to U.S. Open Exhibitionist and performer at countless swing events over the past four years.

Todd is not just a seasoned competitor and social dancer, but an experienced teacher as well. He teaches regularly, whether in his local Bay Area or internationally and overseas. Todd is best known for his distinct style, his creative musical interpretation of the dance, and the energy he brings both on and off the dance floor.
